Focus: Full Body Type: High Burn Streamline Tip: Do everything as fast as you can.

Start your day the right way with this zippy workout designed to help your body get going and your muscles thrumming, first thing in the morning. It is light, it is fast and it will definitely make you feel better. Go fast and light and try to stay on the balls of your feet when doing Jumping Jacks. It’s good enough to do almost every single day.

 


 

Focus: Abdominal Muscles Type: Abs & Core Tip: Keep the plank throughout, don’t drop down. 

Training the abdominal muscle group is no easy task. The muscles do not all respond to training at the same rate and there is a core group of abdominal s, running beneath the external ones with muscle fibres pointing the opposite way. This makes for a core picture which no single exercise can adequately address which helps explain why strong abs are hard to attain, which makes them an aim to strive for.

 


 

Focus: Full Body Type: Strength & Tone Tip: 20+ push-ups per set minimum. 

The Giant is a full body strength and tone workout that leaves almost no muscle group untouched. When you are looking for a workout that needs almost no space at all and yet leaves you feeling like you’ve spent a full hour at the gym working out with all the equipment then this is it. Add EC for the extra load and you will definitely feel the effect.
