I began to realize how important it was to be an enthusiast in life. If you’re interested in something, no matter what it is, go full speed ahead. Embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it and above all become passionate about it. If you’re passionate about something, then go and do it. Don’t make excuses and stop being lazy. Life is too short.
You just have to realise that the same mindset that makes you stop and stare at the next guy that has nice things will make you stop and stare at the guy that has nicer things when you get there. Some people are stopping and looking at your life wanting to be you. Put yourself at the center of your world, realise what it is you truly want and build your life around that. Not everyone can build a 20 million dollar business but I’m 99% sure you have what it takes to build a business that would allow you to travel the world and buy nice things, just stop looking at other people, you’ll fail to see what you have – be grateful!
Wherever we find ourselves is where we’re meant to be. We have aspirations and intentions for where we’d like to go, but we can’t control life and timing. What we can control is our thoughts, and it’s amazing how our mindset determines out wellbeing and entire quality of life. What’s even more remarkable is how our beliefs are malleable. At any point, we can decide to shift our way of thinking, transcend our mind, and transform our existence! One of the most powerful perspectives we can assume is to approach life through gratitude. If we focus on what we lack and take life for granted, we feel sad and don’t enjoy life. On the other hand, when we decide to be conscious of the blessings we’ve been given and express our thankfulness, we feel joy and even turn our negative experiences into positive ones. Perhaps, we invite more abundance into our lives this way too.
Most of us want to live with gratitude and happiness. We can begin by verbalizing it more, writing it down, and internalisizing its power. Cherish the moment we are in now. To just be. Enjoy the gift of breathing. Fill our hearts and souls with all that we are and have and feel the joy of just being. Be thankful to be born because the odds that you exist are basically zero.
